JVAT has been named a Wellness and Health Award Winner, and we couldn’t be more excited. This recognition is a powerful reminder of what we’ve always believed: happy, healthy people are the heart of our success.

Wellness at JVAT isn’t a checkbox, it’s a mindset. We’ve created a work culture where flexibility, empathy, and personal well-being are built into every level of our operations.

And when it comes to benefits, we go big, we won the award because of our cornerstone wellness allowance, additional leave entitlements, and comprehensive parental leave policy, and our other benefits that support holistic wellness.
